August 1st Dinner Service

For Ugotta Regatta Weekend, Otis will host a chef collaborationon Saturday, August 1, featuring James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Devillier, recognized for Best Chef: South and known for helping define contemporary New Orleans cuisine. The evening pairs Justin and Shane on two collaborative dishes built into the Otis menu, centered around the Santa Maria Grill. It's a true collaboration between the two chefs, blending Justin's nationally recognized perspective with the creativity and vision Shane brings to Otis—further establishing Otis as a destination for thoughtful culinary experiences in Northern Michigan.
