Friday, July 31 | Chef Collaboration at Otis

Otis welcomes James Beard Award-winning chef Justin Devillier, recognized as Best Chef: South and celebrated for helping define contemporary New Orleans cuisine.

From 6:00–8:00 PM, guests can enjoy a signature dish from La Petite Grocery—Blue Crab Beignets with remoulade—offered as a special addition to the dinner menu.

Chef Justin will also be joining us throughout the evening for a meet-and-greet and book signing of his acclaimed cookbook, The New Orleans Kitchen.
