We're welcoming Acha (Anne-Charlotte Mélia-Bachas) from Château de la Font du Loup in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, France. She is the fourth-generation steward of Château de la Font du Loup, bringing a fresh and distinctly female voice to a region long dominated by men. The estate takes its name from a natural spring at the heart of the property — legend has it that wolves descending from Mont Ventoux would stop there to drink. Those who have met her describe her as wildly charming and fiercely honest — and her passion for the land comes through just as clearly in conversation as it does in the glass.
