Bedrock Wine Co. began in 2007 in a converted chicken coop outside Sonoma, with fruit hand-pitchforked into a small destemmer and fermented under the sun and stars. Nearly two decades later, winemaker Morgan Twain-Peterson is a Master of Wine, and Bedrock has been named Winery of the Year by Antonio Galloni and featured on Wine Spectator's Top 100 List four times over. We're honored to host Morgan for an intimate dinner at Otis. Join us at 5:30pm for a curated pour of Bedrock wines and a menu built around them.
